Lee Naujock is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (#1188) and National Certified Guardian located in South Orange County, California.
First licensed in September of 2020, he has built his practice serving in fiduciary capacities including Trustee, Successor Trustee, Executor, Administrator, Conservator, Agent under Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, Healthcare Agent, and third party auditor in both private and court supervised cases.
Mr. Naujock is experienced in the administration of multi-million-dollar Family Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, and has assumed fiduciary responsibilities in the most difficult of cases, such as those involving physical abuse, financial abuse, self-neglect, and litigation. His clients have ranged from age 14 to 94 years old. His fiduciary experience includes the management of single family homes, multi unit residential buildings, radio tower sites, equestrian boarding facilities, and other unique properties.
Beneficiary communication, clear accounting, and detailed recordkeeping are some of his strengths that he brings to the matters that he is a part of. Mr. Naujock employs personally trained staff in his practice that assist with administration tasks while maintaining licensed fiduciary oversight of activities. He has developed a trusted network of professionals in law, accounting, real estate, financial investment, and care management to assist in his duties.
