With over 15 years of experience in technical and business consulting, Eugene brings analytical rigor and a security-conscious approach to every fiduciary engagement. He previously served as SEC Compliance Officer at a financial advisory firm, where he gained direct exposure to regulatory frameworks governing client assets, recordkeeping, and disclosure. He holds an Accounting Certificate and is a candidate for the California CPA license.
Eugene’s fiduciary practice includes serving as trustee and successor trustee on trust matters, with experience administering trusts that hold real estate, operating businesses, and probate-adjacent assets.
