Peter Kote, founder of Professional Fiduciary Services (PFS), is proud to welcome Nathalie Loftus as a partner with his individual & family fiduciary work. Legal estate planning documents (Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, Living Trust) must name individuals or a Trust Company. If Peter Kote is named in a document, Nathalie will be working side by side with him, bringing even more skills and attention to the family and process!

Nathalie was born in England and lived in Lausanne, Switzerland where she attended a private business school. After relocating to the United States she began working in the financial services. After obtaining a Series 3 security license, she traded actively on US Exchanges for a client base throughout North America and Europe. And yes, living in Switzerland allowed her to become an avid skier and developed her love for good cheese and Swiss chocolate. Having lived on both sides of the pond also gave Nathalie a better understanding of diversity and cultural differences. Nathalie is bilingual French/English.

Prior to joining Peter, Nathalie was the owner and founder of Mind over Matter, Inc., a business consultancy since 2001. As a Professional Organizer and Daily Money Manager, she has a well-developed capacity for diplomacy, discretion and encouragement to efficiently assist individuals and families with financial, legal or medical matters. She is proficient with QuickBooks, Quicken, Excel and can communicate precisely with lawyers, accountants and financial advisors.

Nathalie’s unique background organizing and assisting high net worth clients manage their daily affairs and finances, allows our combined skills to provide the high degree of experience necessary to navigate the complex aspects of trusts and estates today. Each family and trust is unique hence attention to detail and understanding of the situation is paramount.

In addition, Nathalie has been a dedicated volunteer advocate for seniors who would benefit from her services as a daily money manager and organizer.

Nathalie is currently enrolled at the University of Riverside (UCR) for her Professional Certificate in Fiduciary Management and is an associate member of the Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA); member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM).

Nathalie is a resident of Laguna Beach.
